MCG International Consulting Founder and President, Mike Giamou is accredited in both real estate finance and real estate management through the REIC and IREM regulatory agencies. Mike currently holds a CRF (Certified Real Estate Finance), ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations. He is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate and a licensed Mortgage Agent in Ontario (Canada), as well as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the USA. To date, Mike has helped source more than $150.0 million plus in real estate related loans. He has also supervised many construction projects from start to finish and brings a modern vision to international business.
